As part of APOI, the Village Savings and Credit Association was established to ensure representation and engagement at local community level.

Key issues such as wildlife conservation, gender equality, smallholder training and certification are tackled through partners at the landscape level. Partners were able to understand the importance of the identification of HCV and HCS, and of FPIC, after the training.
